Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CM38T35N22A manufactured by Leeson and we are pleased to be able to service most Leeson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CHH6235Y291 by Manufacturer Sumitomo as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Winsmith Brand 935CDSNE in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Radicon such as C0631265WANU1 equipment made by Radicon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Radicon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Radicon" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available C26Q140R60 made by Morse as well as the popular CX415111 original spares produced by Koppers
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CHHM4190DB by Sumitomo and C0631265WANU1 spares by Radicon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
