Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Thomson NT34-005-0-RM090-357, 64-116832-H116 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Tigear products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tigear parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Timken product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tigear such as the 17A20LR56 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 10986 manufactured by Tigear and we are pleased to be able to service most Tigear systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 853 by Manufacturer Timken as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Thorlabs Brand 127704002 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tigear such as 23Q50R56 equipment made by Tigear have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tigear products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tigear" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available BD00218813A00 made by Tocco as well as the popular 1700079900152REVA original spares produced by Thorlabs

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EPU621 by Tokyo-Seimitsu and 23Q50R56 spares by Tigear are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BC3155019 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tol-O-Matic.
