Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Sensormatic ZAUPSH2/UM-UP2DS parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sti parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sunx product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the 6DR50100NN000AA0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 701581039 manufactured by Sti and we are pleased to be able to service most Sti systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SF1A40D by Manufacturer Sunx as well.

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EL46029P2 by Solartron and WL12L2B530A01 spares by Sick are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
