Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Rexroth IPC40.2G4A-512N-P8C-ND-NN-FW parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Western-Design parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sew-Eurodrive product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Yaskawa such as the JANCDFC230B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LDHS13 manufactured by Western-Design and we are pleased to be able to service most Western-Design systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MDR60A015050300 by Manufacturer Sew-Eurodrive as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Avtron Brand K538 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Yaskawa such as JANCDFC08 equipment made by Yaskawa have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LPS01 by Bailey and JANCDFC08 spares by Yaskawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MC4115 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi.
