Our services for the Picodynac Prima include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the Prima if necessary. Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Powace products, including obsoleted and phased-out Proface parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Pml product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Powace such as the SFU1605 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2980025 manufactured by Proface and we are pleased to be able to service most Proface systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GM16T by Manufacturer Pml as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Pro-face Brand GP4401T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Powertek such as 751N4CH009 equipment made by Powertek have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Powertek products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Powertek" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available micrometer made by Port as well as the popular GSS9801 original spares produced by Plasma-Treat
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GP4301T by Proface and 751N4CH009 spares by Powertek are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
