Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Watlow products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yaskawa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Yaskawa product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Watlow such as the DB1024F00000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SGDA01BP manufactured by Yaskawa and we are pleased to be able to service most Yaskawa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SGDS04F02A by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Shinko Brand 3ASSYC805900 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Shindengen such as SDC05150 equipment made by Shindengen have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Shindengen products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Shindengen" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available VUF51DV160L4 made by Sew-eurodrive as well as the popular CPL6210A original spares produced by Samsung
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
