Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Oriental Pk596-nba parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Otis products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pacific-Scientific parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Osborn product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Otis such as the ABE21700X109 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PC834001TMID7654 manufactured by Pacific-Scientific and we are pleased to be able to service most Pacific-Scientific systems and parts. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the P50B05010PCKS7 by Sanyo and MACE015H2K1A spares by Ormec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
