Motion Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Motion PCI and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Motion PCI include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the PCI if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our PCI repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Nachi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Multilin parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Namco product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Nachi such as the MFM452H4V spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 26910C120 manufactured by Multilin and we are pleased to be able to service most Multilin systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E70070825 by Manufacturer Namco as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Mrc Brand SPB1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ne-Technology such as 5395B equipment made by Ne-Technology have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ne-Technology products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ne-Technology" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available USADED made by Nachi as well as the popular 74586201 original spares produced by National-Instruments
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SSP16AS by Nb and 5395B spares by Ne-Technology are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
