We service and repair Lemag SHAFTPOWER and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Lemag SHAFTPOWER include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the SHAFTPOWER if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our SHAFTPOWER repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ls products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lumberg parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Linear product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ls such as the LSLV0008S1004EXNNS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ASNBV8 manufactured by Lumberg and we are pleased to be able to service most Lumberg systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LCA50025751FVS by Manufacturer Linear as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Lovejoy Brand VSDS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Leybold such as 230035 equipment made by Leybold have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Leybold products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Leybold" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available OMS1100IS made by Leuze as well as the popular LSLV0220S1004 original spares produced by Lsis
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LSLV0150S1004 by Lsis and 230035 spares by Leybold are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SYZ00953 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Limitorque.
