Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Bindicator products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mitsubishi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Cutler-Hammer product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Bindicator such as the VRF1A8G1ALRF110072 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TM130EZ24 manufactured by Mitsubishi and we are pleased to be able to service most Mitsubishi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature W201KGCFZ1 by Manufacturer Cutler-Hammer as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Fanuc Brand TR9DK1B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Acme-Electric such as TA181008 equipment made by Acme-Electric have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Acme-Electric products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Acme-Electric" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available WDM30041801 made by Sig-Positec as well as the popular UDC2500 original spares produced by Honeywell
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TM200DZM by Mitsubishi and TA181008 spares by Acme-Electric are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
