Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Leuze products, including obsoleted and phased-out Keyence parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Kobold product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Leuze such as the GS06662 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EX202 manufactured by Keyence and we are pleased to be able to service most Keyence systems and parts. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Leuze Brand 200120110 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Microsafe such as mc4224re equipment made by Microsafe have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Microsafe products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Microsafe" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available FIS70000107 made by Microscan as well as the popular P20VRsfq original spares produced by Lacroix
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
