Hub Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Hub AD3M and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Hub AD3M include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the AD3M if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our AD3M repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Reliance products, including obsoleted and phased-out Staubli parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Kice product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Reliance such as the B18H1070P77 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BLI3004A02 manufactured by Staubli and we are pleased to be able to service most Staubli systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CNHXS6110Y59 by Manufacturer Kice as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Sumitomo Brand CNFMS036075E8GF63M4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Stober such as DW330001104 equipment made by Stober have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Stober products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Stober" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available C402 made by Bonfiglioli as well as the popular DX900 original spares produced by Overly
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
