Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Heidenhain ROD426.0003-2000 ROD 426-0003-2000 251 6 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Hernis products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hima parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Hirschmann product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Hernis such as the OK450L spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 984865065 manufactured by Hima and we are pleased to be able to service most Hima systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MS201600SAAEHH04204MM24TX1 by Manufacturer Hirschmann as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Hilti Brand DX400 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Helm such as B06A1112S equipment made by Helm have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the W7C3012mm12mm by Helical and B06A1112S spares by Helm are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
