Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Lenze products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mvsi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Hedland product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Lenze such as the EDK82EV113 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MVSI3600 manufactured by Mvsi and we are pleased to be able to service most Mvsi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature H601A001F1 by Manufacturer Hedland as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Handa Brand N16B58010102 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Heidenhain such as 29544303 equipment made by Heidenhain have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Heidenhain products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Heidenhain" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 0342011420 made by Hardy as well as the popular EPM00490 original spares produced by Toshiba
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the OXYTHERM by Hansatech and 29544303 spares by Heidenhain are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
