Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Gould B-575-201 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Magnetek products, including obsoleted and phased-out Greenlee parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Grove product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Magnetek such as the GPD502L726 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5250 manufactured by Greenlee and we are pleased to be able to service most Greenlee systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 32M1 by Manufacturer Grove as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Groschopp Brand 7014714WK1665701 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Gri such as 830406RP equipment made by Gri have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available 840A made by Gse as well as the popular S609 original spares produced by Graham

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GRLBMQ82630L56 by Grove and 830406RP spares by Gri are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 244667 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Graco.
