We service and repair Edwards 2-PPS and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Edwards 2-PPS include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the 2-PPS if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our 2-PPS repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Eg--G parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Edwards product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the EJPM3713T spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MTE2610116FE manufactured by Eg--G and we are pleased to be able to service most Eg--G systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature U20000922 by Manufacturer Edwards as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Electro-Craft Brand 070302049 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Elau such as MC4111040000 equipment made by Elau have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Elau products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Elau" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PCUA30M30PB made by Efector as well as the popular VSE031 original spares produced by Elbag
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2KMC301 by Elco and MC4111040000 spares by Elau are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EG2K Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bosch.
