Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Daykin ML2F2F-Z205 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Daytronic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dayton parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Digital-Equipment product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Daytronic such as the 152A1CELL spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6XJ29BA manufactured by Dayton and we are pleased to be able to service most Dayton systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 216201 by Manufacturer Digital-Equipment as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Daytronic Brand 9451X1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Dell such as POWERCONNECT5448 equipment made by Dell have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dell products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dell" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 4UX68A made by Dayton as well as the popular DVP20EX200R original spares produced by Delta

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DELCOM3222 by Delta-I/o and POWERCONNECT5448 spares by Dell are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
