Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ck-Technologies such as the 151040076 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ML121QT310S manufactured by Charmilles and we are pleased to be able to service most Charmilles systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature JSMB21D03A by Manufacturer Clifton-Precision as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Compressor-Controls-Corp Brand SERIES3PLUS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cognex such as 801850401 equipment made by Cognex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cognex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cognex" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available DMR74XMAX made by Cognex as well as the popular 43313200C001 original spares produced by Cobo-3b6
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CKR232002 by Cognex and 801850401 spares by Cognex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
