Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Carlyle HN-68GA-295-ir86CXny parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Epson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Carpanelli parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Cgi product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Epson such as the CDSVGA104 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M56B4TROP11KW manufactured by Carpanelli and we are pleased to be able to service most Carpanelli systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 23PLX1000 by Manufacturer Cgi as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Cerutti Brand RE36346 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cgi such as 075PMX0070VM5498Z71 equipment made by Cgi have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available TMS200 made by Cerulean as well as the popular 97C5201100 original spares produced by Caterpillar

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TC2100 by Celco and 075PMX0070VM5498Z71 spares by Cgi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
