We service and repair Binmaster GTS and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Binmaster GTS include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the GTS if necessary. Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Bonfigioli products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dodge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Okuma product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Bonfigioli such as the VF44A14 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4X2Bolt manufactured by Dodge and we are pleased to be able to service most Dodge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BL2D5050AVER10 by Manufacturer Okuma as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Yamaha Brand KJ0M5810423 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Bircher such as esd36171k234 equipment made by Bircher have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bircher products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bircher" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 12P243 made by Black-Clawson as well as the popular BMXXBC030K original spares produced by Modicon
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VF86VP80B5 by Bonfigioli and esd36171k234 spares by Bircher are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
