Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BKCHQC72415PB5HSP16 manufactured by Boston and we are pleased to be able to service most Boston systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature C2082HR by Manufacturer Hitachi as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Sumitomo Brand CHHJ6165Y43 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Westinghouse such as 80R18961 equipment made by Westinghouse have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Westinghouse products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Westinghouse" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available BD31AUAAAAAAA made by Flowserve as well as the popular C262TO15 original spares produced by Dodge
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A8600365T001 by Fanuc and 80R18961 spares by Westinghouse are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
