Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Uni-v products, including obsoleted and phased-out Setco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Westinghouse product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Uni-v such as the 5V1000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5313698045 manufactured by Setco and we are pleased to be able to service most Setco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 80R18961 by Manufacturer Westinghouse as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Rice Brand 5202A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Skf such as 6318ZZ equipment made by Skf have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Skf products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Skf" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 7MSF made by Winsmith as well as the popular 5S5V250 original spares produced by Browning
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4282AZG100 by Nord and 6318ZZ spares by Skf are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6382SCP160 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nord.
