Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Sew SF40DT71D/4BMG/VS SF40DT71D4BMG/VS� parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sharp products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sick parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Yaskawa product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sharp such as the LM40X2IA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 12041601204161 manufactured by Sick and we are pleased to be able to service most Sick systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SGME04AF12 by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Sick Brand 1046538 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Shinko such as E4305502406 equipment made by Shinko have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 30MGSMGSE9012B by Sick and E4305502406 spares by Shinko are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
