Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Quality Automation 701-2506-003 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Rapistan products, including obsoleted and phased-out Radisys parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Quality-Import product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Rapistan such as the D103458AAA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 61014901 manufactured by Radisys and we are pleased to be able to service most Radisys systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 15B10505G1 by Manufacturer Quality-Import as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Raco Brand LBZT1A4HDDAAIK in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ransburg such as A1022001 equipment made by Ransburg have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ransburg products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ransburg" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available QT301175 made by Quindar as well as the popular EPC26A original spares produced by Radisys

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the L200XLS by Rainin and A1022001 spares by Ransburg are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PC74 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rapid.
