Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Parker products, including obsoleted and phased-out Weltronic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Nematron product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Parker such as the P21021AR spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TB96P01A manufactured by Weltronic and we are pleased to be able to service most Weltronic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PV1040T by Manufacturer Nematron as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Weidmuller Brand RSSD25SGSED in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Statec such as PPS8500DLS2C2 equipment made by Statec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Statec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Statec" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PB16H made by Opto as well as the popular NT620CST141B original spares produced by Omron
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the OP15C26AV35151MA22 by Siemens and PPS8500DLS2C2 spares by Statec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NSCA001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron.
