Our services for the Multitrode MULTISMART include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the MULTISMART if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our MULTISMART repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Nemicon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nais parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Nadex-Co-Ltd product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Nemicon such as the HEF102MC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GT10 manufactured by Nais and we are pleased to be able to service most Nais systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PH339000A1S by Manufacturer Nadex-Co-Ltd as well.
