Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Eurotherm products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sig-Positec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Idec product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Eurotherm such as the L5392L5311LinkstationM2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KSO30 manufactured by Sig-Positec and we are pleased to be able to service most Sig-Positec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HG3G8JT22TFW by Manufacturer Idec as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Nematron Brand IWS120EC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Siemens such as KTP600 equipment made by Siemens have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Siemens products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Siemens" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available IWG4020Z01613501 made by Auma as well as the popular M150X3T05 original spares produced by Chi-Mei
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IC755CSS06RDA by Ge and KTP600 spares by Siemens are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
