Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Love-Joy products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ironman parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Mah-Machines product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Love-Joy such as the 3608635569 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GR815018500 manufactured by Ironman and we are pleased to be able to service most Ironman systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 204GGD002 by Manufacturer Mah-Machines as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Love-Joy Brand LJ4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Leeson such as BMQ8185D56 equipment made by Leeson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Leeson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Leeson" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available KD055CP4 made by Kaydon as well as the popular B7V original spares produced by Magpower
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BR125UH by Kamo-Seiko and BMQ8185D56 spares by Leeson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
