Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Johnson-Controls products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hydac parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ifm product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Johnson-Controls such as the VG1245FRH958BGC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EDS347633000400 manufactured by Hydac and we are pleased to be able to service most Hydac systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RV6130 by Manufacturer Ifm as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Ifm Brand TR7430 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ifm such as PN4220 equipment made by Ifm have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ifm products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ifm" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SA1004 made by Ifm as well as the popular IBRC4102 original spares produced by Idec
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SA1KTF1 by Idec and PN4220 spares by Ifm are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original OGH700 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ifm.
