Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Robertshaw products, including obsoleted and phased-out Newport parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Panasonic product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Robertshaw such as the RT1006B1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the P6034AE manufactured by Newport and we are pleased to be able to service most Newport systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ZUEP1110 by Manufacturer Panasonic as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Mercoid-Controls Brand TM437153351 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mitsubishi such as AY42 equipment made by Mitsubishi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mitsubishi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mitsubishi" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PNOZMC3P made by Pilz as well as the popular 1B30035H01 original spares produced by Ovation
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A1SJ71QC24R2 by Mitsubishi and AY42 spares by Mitsubishi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RX22 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Keyence.
