Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Gems FS-926 26944 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Hardy products, including obsoleted and phased-out Honeywell parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Georg-Fischer product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Hardy such as the HISTH0145K spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 242PC150G manufactured by Honeywell and we are pleased to be able to service most Honeywell systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 159000959 by Manufacturer Georg-Fischer as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Heidenhain Brand ROD426250001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Hayward such as 112X2H25 equipment made by Hayward have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available 060314702 made by Honeywell as well as the popular 199206 original spares produced by Gems

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M39906 by Gic-Thermodynamics and 112X2H25 spares by Hayward are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original Z6FD1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hbm.
