Epsilon Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Epsilon Control and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Epsilon Control include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the Control if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our Control repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EZ25S72030V505DM12 manufactured by Ez-Automation and we are pleased to be able to service most Ez-Automation systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EZMR2L40CD by Manufacturer Ez-Automation as well.

Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
