Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Electroid FSB-850-A-24 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Stober products, including obsoleted and phased-out Zz-antriebe parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Hub product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Stober such as the K302AG0560MT10 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the K110005002 manufactured by Zz-antriebe and we are pleased to be able to service most Zz-antriebe systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HERA45ES by Manufacturer Hub as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Sumitomo Brand LHYJ3D165Y in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Consolidated such as H2344 equipment made by Consolidated have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available HH224346NA made by Timken as well as the popular GST072NVBR original spares produced by Lenze

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IWD3 by Rotork and H2344 spares by Consolidated are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LP070MX110111 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Wittenstein.
