Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader El-o-matic such as the ESA2004 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CD300 manufactured by Egg and we are pleased to be able to service most Egg systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 9101187 by Manufacturer Electro-craft-Allen-Bradley as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Electro-Cam Brand PS512410M09 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Emerson such as 24008000 equipment made by Emerson have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available CLAP15 made by Elmo-Motion as well as the popular PN2 original spares produced by Efector
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CLS50A9C2 by Endress-Hauser and 24008000 spares by Emerson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
