Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Westinghouse products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sealmaster parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Drake product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Westinghouse such as the DSDTA6482C55G03 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MSFD71 manufactured by Sealmaster and we are pleased to be able to service most Sealmaster systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VMR860AG by Manufacturer Drake as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Dover Brand SUPB2800 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Duff-norton such as TMD0119064 equipment made by Duff-norton have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available J4 made by Duct-o-wire as well as the popular TAC052D208 original spares produced by Duff-norton
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3SSX8612M64 by Dtc and TMD0119064 spares by Duff-norton are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
