Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cgi such as the 42PL0055 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 20ARES55C120230VAC manufactured by Chromalox and we are pleased to be able to service most Chromalox systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 101682 by Manufacturer Chessell as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Cincinnati Brand 35330522G in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cerulean such as TMS200 equipment made by Cerulean have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cerulean products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cerulean" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available RAID8235 made by Ces as well as the popular LX15OF original spares produced by Christensen
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CT8121240G by Charmilles and TMS200 spares by Cerulean are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
