Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Caterpillar 135-8654 DF parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Continental products, including obsoleted and phased-out Diamond parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Cutler-hammer product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Continental such as the 615L12 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the C2100H manufactured by Diamond and we are pleased to be able to service most Diamond systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TL480N15 by Manufacturer Cutler-hammer as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Diamond Brand X617470P in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Dings such as 16100325 equipment made by Dings have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dings products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dings" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CP136 made by Dayco as well as the popular 11071 original spares produced by Chicago-Rawhide

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 225DW2 by Cleveland and 16100325 spares by Dings are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original T615 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Consolidated-Bearing.
