Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Anton Paar DMA-55-PRO parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Arthur-Russell products, including obsoleted and phased-out Aqualytic-By-Metex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Api product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Arthur-Russell such as the VBC12MB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RS17 manufactured by Aqualytic-By-Metex and we are pleased to be able to service most Aqualytic-By-Metex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DM224I0 by Manufacturer Api as well.

Spare units by Metronix such as ARS5608 equipment made by Metronix have been added to our featured items.
